Reservation and Purchasing Period

From 9:00 a.m. on the day two months prior to the date of departure to the actual date of departure.

Payment Deadline

Changes

Reservation changes for the same flight segment are permitted.
Any change or cancellation should be completed prior to the flight’s scheduled departure time.
Please note that the name of the passenger, the segment, and the airline to be used cannot be changed.

Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid for 90 days from their date of issue (date of purchase *).
Reserved tickets are valid only for the pertaining flight, so if they are not changed or cancelled prior to the departure of the pertaining flight, they become void and may not be used for any other flight.
*For tickets purchased at convenience stores, the date of purchase is the date on which payment is actually received by AMX.

Refunds

Refund within 10 days after Ticket Validity
Refund charge (1 flight sector=￥400) will be applied.
