● Reservation changes and cancellations
| ① | Please make changes to and cancel your reservation prior to the departure of the relevant flight. |
| ② | When you need to confirm or change the travel itinerary, please quote [flight number] [dates] [passenger name] [reservation number]. |
| ※ | Changes to the reservation will be applied by the applied condition per fare type. For cancellation, certain refund and cancellation fee will be charged. |
● Fare refunds
| ① | Refund application must be made during the Ticket Validity, within 10 days after the expiration date. |
| ※ | Refund procedure must be completed within the refund deadline date. Refunds may not be made beyond the deadline date. |
| ② | Refunds and cancellation of purchased tickets will incur charges. |
| ③ | If the original booking was made by a travel agency, refunds should be made by the travel agency where the original booking was made. |
